BO is just not made for competitive gaming because of highly unbalanced weapons and maps that were made for campers.

Ye it's more made for fun games and the administrators of the servers are just retarded; they think all forms of sniping are camping and waiting in a building with shotgun isn't considered as camping at all. Good they've put the ridiculous zombie mode in it, otherwise I would have thrown the game out of my window.

  Well, i started play gta iv around 2011 that's was my first online game i had played, i used to play a lot of free mods, so i make some friends and started play dm with them, that's was really something new to me, since i never played any online game.
  That time i think lot of good players stoped play the game, coz that i dont know much of you guys, when i started play only thuga and velo used to play and some other "pros" like hardcore,inferno,deadman,macony...
  So i tryed to improve my aim and movimentation, coz i loved how the game works and the fun i had playing. Then i just had a real improvement when i learn about the Wall Glitch thats changed a lot my play style and movimentation. That time inferno and deadpool was "training" me, teaching some tricks, coz they thought i could improve and become a good player.
  Some day i met SxS Damianos on a dm and start talk and play a lot with him, he was the only one left on SxS so i asked him for join the clan.
  So i met Hawnken and i give him some tips and teach him some tricks, after some months he inproved much and i invite him for SxS, then we started playing together.
  After some months a lot of pros stoped play the game and lot of players were known as good players started using hacks, that time i stoped play the game and start play BO2 and BF3.
  Now i playong most CS:GO and Dota 2 coz both game give a lot of suport for pro scene and i trying to improve on that games
  The GTA problem i think Rockstar not see the game become competitive, they think GTA is a casual game, they tryed make max payne a competitive game but honestly i just played that game when it was released so i dont know much about the scene.
  If Rockstar give some suport for competitive scene on gta V i think it will be great and a big motivation for lot of players try to improve on the game and make GTA pro scene big

When creating a DM or TDM map with the editor, you can choose the weapon that people spawn with and you can place weappn pickups however you want.

It's no problem to make SMG only matches and it doesn't depend on your rank.
