I think thats not good idea Cos this is only exam(well i need to know most of shit in theory) not whole specialization (practical working,skills etc) which last 5 more years (general surgery) and then 2-3 more years of sub specialization

so to become one..i need first finish medical college (6 years) then 4-5 years of general surgery and then 2-3 years of sub spez... an eon almost
it's stupid system like most of Europeans systems i would give hand that we have college like Americans
